Expectations:
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by ‘either’ Lewis or Becki. We will welcome you and explain any necessary information regarding your stay.

How Things Work:
IF YOU HAVE A SMALL DOG YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING SO THAT WE CAN ENSURE THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR REQUIRMENTS.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE APARTMENT OR THE MAIN BUILDING.

STRICTLY NO SOCIAL GATHERINGS OR EVENTS.

CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES, AND ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT.

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND REMOVE OUTSIDE FOOTWEAR WHILST IN THE APARTMENT.
Front Door
The front door is on a soft closer to meet fire regulations. The handle is a pull ‘lift-up’ then lock design.
Utility Area
This large cupboard houses the heat exchanger for the heating and water, electricity panel, the washer dryer, first-aid box, fire blanket, ladder, hoover, iron, ironing board, cloths airer, dust-pan and brush, and some ‘old’ towels for cleaning up any accidents.
Lights
The entrance light is on the right as you enter, the kitchen under-counter lights and the table lamp are all on standard switches. The lounge wall lights are off the dimmer switch next to the white mirror.
Hair Dryer Station
We have provided a socket and storage place for the hair dryer which is situated next to the white mirror.
Intercom
The property no longer has an intercom fitted.
Shower/WC
To flush the toilet push firmly ‘in the centre’ and hold briefly for a full flush. The shower is operated by the controls in the cubicle. Ensure to close the shower door fully when entering. If you require a soap dispenser top-up during longer stays, please ask, allowing us the time to service
Bedroom
The bedroom has plenty of storage space including a large wardrobe. On top of the wardrobe is an additional sofa bed mattress should you require extra comfort on the sofa bed.
Kitchen
The kitchen should have everything you need to cater to your stay. If you need something else which is not on the inventory then please discuss this with us. There is a fridge and a freezer along with an oven and hob. The hob/stove extraction is above (behind the white panel). To operate, look up underneath and turn the timer dial. This opens up the vent extraction. The hob operates by touch. The toaster should be self-explanatory but please ask if required. The microwave is self-explanatory but please ask if assistance is needed.
Lounge Area
The hot drinks area is there for you to prepare your hot drink. Please be mindful of this area and clean up any accidents and spillages properly.
The Drinks Area Light
Touch briefly the end of the light to turn on/off (don’t hold or randomly touch). Holding dims it. When touched, allow a brief second to dim off. The cupboard above the hot drinks station is locked and not accessible to guests.
TV
The televisions have Prime video, and Disney plus subscriptions. Where applicable please select welcome retreats as the user. The remote controller in the lounge has a wand function. ‘Move’ the remote from side to side ‘briefly’ to bring up the cursor on the TV for easier use.
Bed Settee (Important)
To use, please remove all of the cushions and pull out the bed frame ‘as per the notification stickers’ on the frame itself. It is important you pull up and out the ‘correct way’ otherwise you might damage the mechanism.
Windows
The windows in both the lounge and the bedroom can be opened by pulling ‘down’ the finger latch.
Cleaning & Bins
Please clean up after yourself and leave the apartment how you would expect to find it. Please empty your waste in the waste room which is situated in the separate out-house shown on the map. Directions will be explained on request. The keypad number for the waste out-house is currently C1234.
Parking
PARKING IS FREE, only for stays of 2 nights or more, when pre-arranged, only within the designated areas, and only up until your check-out time., usually 10AM.
Terms & Conditions:
Lost keys are charged at £55 per fob and £15 for the key.

All incidents and accidents are to be reported regardless of size. Breakages are chargeable, although some minor accidents in this regard will likely be waived, but only if reported.

Please abide by the checkout procedures and vacate by 10AM to avoid additional fees.

You will need to communicate your checkout time with us before leaving as we will meet you at the property to collect the keys. However, in some cases, we can arrange for the key to be left for us in a designated place. Please discuss your requirements with us prior to departure.
